Phase II takes your relationship with God to a whole new level!

You will be equipped to hear God for other people while interacting with them in an environment as diverse as any in the world – Chicago!

Chicago, the third largest city in America, is home to:

• 2.9 million people
• 200 ethnic groups  
• 60,000 new immigrants every year (one in seven residents are foreign-born)  
• 110 native languages are spoken in some public high schools!  

Going to Chicago is almost like going to 200 different countries in one week!  You will have the opportunity to impact the nations by ministering to many of Chicago’s different people groups and by interacting with people from various religious, ethnic and economic backgrounds.

You will be involved in some very challenging, yet rewarding, ministry.  Some of these ministries will include working on housing projects, feeding the homeless, doing open-air evangelism, and conducting religious/ethnic surveys on the streets.  You will learn what other religions believe and how to share the gospel with them by visiting an Islamic mosque and a Hindu temple.

Phase II will challenge you to go deeper with the Lord than ever before!  Our goal is to help you step out in ministry in different ways than you did in your first SST, and to give you a whole new outlook on the world around you.  Before going on outreach, you will receive teachings on Evangelism, Missional Living, Biblical Worldview, and much more!
